i recomend this book because it tells a story that could happen. it may have even happended . if i could recomend one book it would deffinetly be this one.

asssignment #4-main character & setting

the main character in the story is john.he and his family are in india because john’s father has an important part in the goverment. they just got off the trainto get john to a boarding school.when they figure out that he is too late to sign up they meet amy charmichael on the way to their home.john and his mom become friends with her but will that put them in danger………even by john’s father.
